Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CyberPhysics facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Membership

Your membership with CyberPhysics is subject to the following conditions:

• Memberships are non-transferable
• You must be 18 years or older to join
• Valid government-issued ID required for verification
• Monthly fees are charged automatically

Facility Rules

All members must adhere to facility rules, including:

• Respect other members and staff
• Proper attire and footwear required
• Equipment must be used as intended
• Clean and sanitize equipment after use

Cancellation Policy

Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Liability

Use of CyberPhysics facilities is at your own risk. By using our facilities, you agree to waive certain rights to sue for injuries sustained during normal use of equipment and facilities.
